A Dutch company specializing in zucchini cultivation is looking for workers to join its harvesting team.
Job Description
- harvesting zucchini in the fields;
- sorting and packing harvested vegetables;
- quality control (checking ripeness and possible damage).
Requirements
- good physical condition;
- motivation and willingness to work;
- accuracy and attention to detail;
- ability to work in a team;
- experience in harvesting work is welcome;
- basic knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
Salary
Hourly rate: 17.88€ gross (basic rate 14.99€ + 2.89€ supplement). Monthly earnings: 2860 – 3570€ gross.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*
Work schedule
Work 5–6 days a week, 8–10 hours per day.
Accommodation
Accommodation with full amenities provided. Cost: 530 EUR per month.
An employee who commutes to work in their own car and also transports other employees receives a €200 accommodation discount and a mileage allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.
An employee who commutes to work in a company car and also transports other employees receives a €50 accommodation discount.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Additional information
- commuting to work by bicycle, company bus, or personal car.
Employee Referral Bonus
