A Dutch company specializing in strawberry cultivation is looking for workers for planting seedlings.
Job Description
- sorting seedlings;
- planting seedlings in pots.
Requirements
- motivation and willingness to work;
- experience in greenhouse work;
- basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
Salary
Hourly rate: 17.88€ gross (basic rate 14.99€ + 2.89€ supplement). Monthly earnings: 2860 – 3220€ gross.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*
Work schedule
Work from Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 (including a 1-hour break), approximately 40 hours per week. Possible work on Saturdays.
Accommodation and transport
Accommodation provided with full amenities. Cost: 530€ per month.
An employee who commutes to work in their own car and also transports other employees receives a €200 accommodation discount and a mileage allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.
An employee who commutes to work in a company car and also transports other employees receives a €50 accommodation discount.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Additional information
- please bring your own work clothes, non-slip footwear, and bedding.
Employee Referral Bonus
