A company that is one of the main suppliers of furniture for IKEA stores is looking for PRODUCTION WORKERS for its factory in Barlinek.
Type of сontract
- Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.
Job Description
- supplying and collecting products from the production line; production of plywood, veneer, and small furniture components;
- quality control of finished products;
- labeling and packing goods, preparing products for shipment.
Requirements
- responsibility and diligence;
- good communication skills and accuracy in performing tasks.
Salary
Hourly rate: 25.36 PLN net. Monthly salary: 4260 – 6080 PLN net.
For students up to 26 years of age (gross = net): 31.40 PLN net/hour. Monthly salary: 5275 – 7530 PLN net.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*
Work schedule
Three-shift system, from Monday to Saturday. On Saturdays, only the first shift. Overtime work possible.
Accommodation
Comfortable, fully equipped accommodation provided. Monthly cost: 300 PLN.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Workwear and medical check-up
- Protective work clothing (BHP) provided.
