Meat processing worker – pork cutting department

A company specializing in meat production is looking for a production worker for pork cutting and processing in Dobrydział.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• cutting pork into individual parts using machines;
• working with a knife to portion meat.

Requirements

• motivation and willingness to work;
• speed and precision;
• experience in a similar position is welcome;
• valid sanitary and epidemiological certificate.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25.72 PLN net, monthly 4320 – 6400 PLN net.

For students under 26: 31.85 PLN/hour net, monthly 5350 – 7960 PLN net.

Bonuses and allowances:

• +3 PLN/hour for each hour worked beyond 10 hours;
• +3 PLN/hour for work on Saturdays;
• 100 PLN attendance bonus;
• 500 PLN employee referral bonus*;
• penalty of 100 PLN for each unexcused absence.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Work from Monday to Friday, 5:00–15:00. Optional Saturday shifts (5:00–10:00) and overtime possible. During peak season, work may last up to 12 hours per day; 2 breaks of 20 minutes each.

Accommodation

Accommodation available near the company facility with full amenities. Cost: 650 PLN/month.
The accommodation is located about 2 km from the workplace.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Work clothing and medical examination

• protective workwear provided;
• assistance with obtaining medical and sanitary certificates.

Additional information
