Job Description

Depending on the production department:

• preparing poultry for processing;
• trimming, filleting, and cutting specific parts of poultry meat;
• sorting, weighing, and packing products;
• cleaning work areas.

Work assignments are determined by the management team.

Working conditions

Plant temperature varies by department:

• Slaughter area: +20°C to +25°C
• Processing/production hall: +10°C
• Packing hall: +10°C

Requirements

• precision and attention to detail;
• good manual skills;
• experience in a similar position is an advantage;
• valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25.15 PLN net, monthly 4220 – 6030 PLN net.

For students in the studies & work programme: 23.50 PLN net/hour + benefits,
monthly 3950 – 5640 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Work from Monday to Saturday, approx. 168–240 hours per month. Shift times depend on the department:

Slaughter department:

• Shift 1: 02:00 – 10:00
• Shift 2: 10:00 – 20:00

Production department:

• Shift 1: 04:00 – 14:00
• Shift 2: 13:00 – 23:00

Packing department:

• Shift 1: 04:00 – 14:00
• Shift 2: 14:00 – 24:00

Washing department:

• Shift 1: 02:00 – 11:00
• Shift 2: 09:00 – 18:00
• Shift 3: 15:00 – 23:00

Breaks: 20 minutes after the first 4 hours of work. If working over 9 hours, an additional 15-minute break applies.

Accommodation

Accommodation provided in shared apartments (2–4 person rooms) in Golczewo. Couples may be accommodated in separate rooms. Apartments are equipped with kitchen, washing machine, and internet.
Monthly cost: 650 PLN.

Nearby amenities: supermarket, clinic, post office, bank, etc. Distance to workplace: 0.5–2 km. Employees living farther away (approx. 10 minutes by car) are provided with free transport (company vehicles, maintained and fuelled by the employer).

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• protective clothing and shoes provided;
• mandatory medical check-up for sanitary purposes (120 PLN, deducted once a year from salary).

Additional information

• stable, long-term employment guaranteed;
• work in low-temperature environments (below 10°C).
