A leading salmon processing company in Poland is looking for workers for its production line in Grudziądz.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• working on the production line;
• performing initial raw material processing;
• sorting, filleting, gutting, weighing, and packing raw materials, preparing products for freezing;
• maintaining cleanliness in the assigned production area.

Requirements

• diligence and accuracy in performing duties;
• ability to work in a team;
• very good organization skills and punctuality;
• availability and readiness to work in a shift system;
• attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment;
• experience in production work is an advantage;
• ability to operate machines is an advantage;
• knowledge of Polish is welcome.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25.36 PLN net. Monthly salary: 4260 – 6080 PLN net.

For students under 26 years: 31.40 PLN. Monthly salary: 5270 – 7530 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Work in a 2-shift system from Monday to Friday. Possible work on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Wet department: 6:00–14:00; 15:30–23:30.
• Slicing department / Packaging department: 6:00–16:00; 17:30–3:30.

Accommodation

Fully equipped accommodation provided. Cost: 750 PLN per month.

Refundable deposit required: 200 PLN.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• sanitary-epidemiological medical examination – reimbursement provided with salary;
• workwear and safety shoes provided on the first working day.

Additional information:

• canteen and designated smoking area available (smoking allowed only during breaks);
• vending machines with food and coffee available on-site.
