About the offer

A transport company is hiring experienced bus drivers with a category D driving licence (issued before September 2008) for school, employee, and scheduled passenger routes in Gryfice.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• transporting company employees;
• transporting school children;
• operating scheduled passenger routes;
• driving large buses, including articulated (“accordion”) models.

Requirements

• valid category D driving licence (issued before September 2008);
• ability to handle stress and work under pressure;
• good communication skills;
• proven experience as a bus driver.

Salary

Hourly rate: 26.83 PLN net, monthly 4510–5900 PLN net.

For students under 26: 33.22 PLN/hour, monthly 5580 – 7300 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Work according to timetable, between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., approx. 168–220 hours per month.

Accommodation

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• cost of psychological and medical tests: 450–550 PLN;
• cost of obtaining Code 95 certificate: 950 PLN;
• cost of issuing the plastic driver qualification card: 150 PLN;

Additional information

• drivers must learn several assigned routes before starting work;
• drivers who do not demonstrate sufficient driving skills will not be employed.
