Bus driver – employee transport

About the offer

A large transport company is looking for bus drivers (MAN – new vehicles) for employee transport routes in Krosno Odrzańskie.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• organizing the workplace in accordance with health and safety regulations (BHP);
• checking the technical condition of the vehicle before departure;
• ensuring safety for passengers and other road users;
• driving the bus in compliance with road traffic regulations;
• refueling the vehicle;
• reporting or removing defects;
• keeping the vehicle clean and tidy.

Main routes:

• Route 1: Krosno Odrzańskie – Świebodzin
• Route 2: Rzepin – Świebodzin

Requirements

• valid Certificate of Professional Qualification (Code 95) – course cost approx. 1075 PLN + 150 PLN for issue;
• valid bus driving license;
• professional experience as a bus driver;
• neat appearance and polite behavior;
• willingness to work and responsibility.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25.71 PLN net, monthly approx. 6170 PLN net.

For students under 26: 31.84 PLN net/hour, monthly approx. 7640 PLN net.

1 PLN/hour for those with own accommodation.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 1500 PLN*

Work schedule

Drivers transport warehouse employees to and from shifts (approx. 240 hours/month):

• Morning route: 04:00 (drop-off to the warehouse) and 17:00 (return pickup)
• Evening route: 17:00 (drop-off) and 04:00 (return pickup)

Accommodation and transport

Free accommodation in fully equipped apartments with 1–2 person rooms in Krosno Odrzańskie or Rzepin. Deposit: 200 PLN, refunded after 30 days of work.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Additional information:

The company provides support with all necessary documents, including:

• short Code 95 course,
• Polish driver’s license exchange,
• tachograph card and related documentation.
