About the offer

A company whose main distribution product is pet food, operating a modern warehouse facility in Krosno Odrzańskie, is looking for Warehouse Workers to join its team.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• picking and packing customer orders;
• printing necessary shipping documents;
• preparing goods for dispatch;
• handling returned orders;
• operating pallet jacks and low-lift trucks.

Working conditions

• light warehouse work;
• use of pallet jacks and low-lift forklifts;
• warehouse temperature: 19–21°C.

Requirements

• ability to work with warehouse documentation;
• manual dexterity;
• availability for shift work;
• accuracy, reliability and ability to work in a team;
• ability to operate pallet jacks and low-lift trucks.

Salary

Hourly rate: 29.88 PLN net, monthly 4900 – 6570 PLN net.

For students under 26: 37 PLN net/hour, monthly 6070 – 7030 PLN net.

Additional pay:

• +1.6 PLN/h for own accommodation;
• guaranteed bonus + performance bonus;
• job-related bonus (depending on department): 140 PLN gross per day.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Work in a 3-shift rotation system:

• 3 days working / 3 days off, or
• 4 days working / 2 days off (depending on assigned team)

Monthly workload: 168–220 hours.

Shift hours:

• Morning shift: 5:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 1:00

30-minute break. Overtime available depending on workload.

Accommodation and transport

Fully equipped accommodation in a hostel, 2–3-person rooms. Cost: 250 PLN/month, deducted from salary.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Additional informations:

Employee Referral Bonus

Refer a friend to this job and earn bonuses as they continue employment:

• 1000 PLN gross – after 1 month of their employment
• 2000 PLN gross – after 3 months
• 2000 PLN gross – after 6 months

Total: up to 5000 PLN gross within 12 months.

Conditions

• bonuses are paid only when you are currently employed;
• if you are temporarily not working, the bonus will be paid once you return.
