About the offer

A modern and cosy hotel located in the heart of the seaside resort of Międzyzdroje, just a short walk from the beach, is looking for waiters. Join a dynamic hospitality team and gain valuable experience in gastronomy.

Job Description

• serving guests in the restaurant, bar, or café;
• welcoming guests and taking orders;
• serving food and beverages;
• issuing bills and handling payments;
• ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction;
• providing information about the menu and assisting with food and drink choices;
• maintaining cleanliness of tables and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• strong interpersonal skills;
• good manners and knowledge of basic savoir-vivre principles;
• good physical condition;
• politeness, patience, communication skills, and attention to detail;
• at least 3 months of experience in a similar position;
• knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25.70 PLN net, monthly 4300–6420 PLN net.

For students under 26: 31.83 PLN/hour, monthly 5730 – 7950 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Rotational shifts, 2 shifts daily, 5–7 days per week (depending on preference), between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Individual schedules can be arranged directly with the Head Chef.

Accommodation

Comfortable, fully equipped accommodation provided with 2–3 person rooms. Monthly cost: 650 PLN. A refundable deposit of 200 PLN is required.

The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• partial work clothing provided by the hotel;
• valid sanitary booklet required (assistance provided in obtaining it).

Additional information

• free meals at the hotel (breakfast and lunch);
• employees must have their own comfortable shoes, trousers, and bedding.
