About the offer

A company specializing in the production of food packaging bags is looking for employees to work on the production line in Podzborów.

Job Description

• carrying out production orders;
• operating production machines at the workstation;
• supervising the proper course of the production process;
• quality control of manufactured products;
• maintaining cleanliness at the workstation;
• complying with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• willingness to work in an equivalent shift system (shifts of different lengths);
• reliability and responsibility;
• ability to work in a team;
• experience in production work or machine operation is an advantage.

Salary

Basic monthly salary: 4806 PLN gross.

• possible salary increase after a 3-month probation period;
• discretionary bonus;
• overtime and Saturday work paid additionally.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Balanced system:

• 2 days in the morning, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2 days off
• 2 days at night, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• (then repeat the cycle – predictable schedule)

Accommodation on your own.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Additional information

• work clothing provided free of charge after 3 months of employment;
• if employment ends before 3 months, a fee for work clothing, locker keys, and card applies – 310 PLN.
