Company specialising in the construction of fibre optic lines is looking for manual workers in Poznań.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• assisting with digging and preparing fibre optic trenches;
• pulling microducts and cables through telecom manholes;
• laying cables in trenches;
• building vertical cable routes;
• constructing overhead cable networks;
• clearing blockages in ducts.

Requirements

• good physical condition;
• category B driving licence;
• motivation and readiness to work full-time;
• ability to work effectively in a team;
• experience with power tools, pneumatic pushers, or mini excavators will be an advantage.

Salary

Hourly rate: 27.95 PLN net, monthly 6140 – 7260 PLN net.

For students under 26 (gross = net): 34.61 PLN/hour, monthly 7610 – 8990 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Monday to Friday (+ two Saturdays per month), single-shift system, approx. 10–12 hours per day.
Overtime available. Average 200–240 hours per month.
