About the offer

A well-known Polish manufacturer of expanded polystyrene is hiring warehouse workers with a valid UDT license in Sternalice.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• operating a forklift;
• receiving, issuing, unloading and loading goods;
• storing goods on racks;
• order picking and packing goods.

Working conditions

• work at a temperature of approx. +15°C and in moderate noise conditions.

Requirements

• willingness to work and learn;
• basic counting skills.

Salary

Hourly rate: 26.83 PLN net, monthly 4500 – 5360 PLN net.

For students under 26: 33,22 PLN net/hour, monthly 55580 – 6640 PLN net.

Performance bonus from the production manager possible.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Work from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift system:

• 1st shift: 6:00–14:00;
• 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00.

For large orders, work may be performed on one shift, 10 hours per day, from 6:00 to 16:00. Overtime available for willing employees.

Accommodation

Accommodation available close to the workplace (900 m), in 2–4 person rooms. Monthly cost: 750 PLN.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• Occupational health & safety clothing and medical examinations are free after completing 1 month of work.
• If the employee does not complete a full month, the cost of medical exams and workwear is 300 PLN.

Additional information

• smoking is strictly prohibited on company premises.
