A large company specializing in the production of high-precision metal components is looking for a Band Saw Operator in Świebodzice.

- Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.
Job Description
- cutting metal bars to specified dimensions.
Training: each candidate (with or without experience) is assigned a mentor for up to 3 months (depending on progress). The training includes operating CNC machines (Mazak, Iemca, etc.), using production tracking software, performing quality control, and measuring finished components.
Requirements
- willingness to work and learn;
- forklift or overhead crane licences are an advantage.
Salary
Hourly rate: 25.36 PLN net, monthly 4260 – 5570 PLN net.
For students under 26: 31,40 PLN net/hour, monthly 5275 – 6900 PLN net.
Travel allowance: 11 PLN per kilometre, up to a maximum of 440 PLN gross per month.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*
Work schedule
Work from Monday to Saturday on two 12-hour shifts:
- 6:00-18:00
- 18:00-6:00
Accommodation and transport
Accommodation provided near the workplace. Monthly cost: 750 PLN.

Świebodzice (Poland)
Świebodzice is a city in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, within Świdnica County. From 1975 to 1998, the city was administratively part of the Wałbrzych Voivodeship. It borders Wałbrzych directly to the south.
The city is situated at the foot of the Wałbrzych Foothills, on the Świebodzice Plateau, along the middle course of the Pełcznica River, on the edge of the Książ Landscape Park. Świebodzice lies at an elevation ranging from about 280 to 425 meters above sea level (Grabnik Hill) and is part of the Wałbrzych agglomeration.
