Production Worker in a Printing House

About the offer

A large, modern printing company in Szczecin is looking for production workers. This is a seasonal job (3 months), but for the best employees, there is an opportunity for permanent employment.

Job Description

The printing house uses modern, automated machines to print on various materials — such as canvases, photos, calendars, advertising banners, printed pillows, mugs, magnets, and more.

• operating printing machines;
• working with scanners;
• quality control of prints;
• laminating;
• cutting fabric for printing;
• assembling materials on frames;
• sorting and packing finished products;
• sewing simple elements (this position is additionally rewarded).

Working conditions

• Work is performed at various stations — the manager assigns employees to specific positions based on individual skills and predispositions.
• Comfortable room temperature (approx. 21°C);
• No strong odors, moderate machine noise;

Requirements

• No previous experience required;
• Manual dexterity is welcome but not mandatory;
• Ability to perform standing work.

Salary

Hourly rate: 24.63 PLN net, monthly 4130 – 5910 PLN net.

For students under 26: 30.50 PLN/hour net, monthly 5120 – 7320 PLN net.

Additional bonuses and allowances:

• +5 PLN gross/hour for night shifts,
• +5 PLN gross/hour for weekend work,
• +2.20 PLN gross/hour for sewing work,
• up to 2000 PLN gross extra for canvas printing work,
• 400 PLN gross attendance bonus.

Bonus conditions:

• Absences (including sickness) — max 3 days per month,
• Up to 2 delays (up to 30 minutes each),
• No disciplinary actions,
• Compliance with internal rules and safety standards,
• Reporting absence or delay at least 1 day in advance (via email or phone number provided on your first day).

Bonuses may be reduced for:

• Unexcused lateness,
• Unpaid leave.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

In season:

• 6:00–14:00 (or 7:00–15:00) and 14:00–22:00
• During peak season: also night shifts (22:00–6:00) and weekend work.

Paid 20-minute break during an 8-hour shift.

Accommodation

Not provided — employees arrange their own accommodation.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Work clothing and medical examination

• part of the work clothing is provided by the hotel;
• sanitary booklet required (assistance provided in obtaining it).

• Workwear: your own comfortable clothing and closed, flat shoes;
• Staff have access to a locker room with personal lockers and a fully equipped canteen;
