A company specializing in the production of dietary supplements is looking for production workers to join its modern facility in Zielona Góra.
Type of сontract
- Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.
Job Description:
- operating simple production machines and equipment (encapsulators, fillers, sealers, labelling machines);
- packing supplements (capsules, sachets, doypacks, jars, tablets);
- washing containers used in production;
- maintaining order and following hygiene and safety procedures;
- teamwork and cooperation with supervisors;
- wiping plastic jars, screwing caps, and moving products along the conveyor belt;
- checking capsule counts using a scale;
- visual inspection of finished products.
Working conditions:
- work in protective clothing (apron, hair cap, gloves);
- no jewellery or mobile phone use during work.
Requirements:
- willingness to perform physical work;
- reliability, punctuality, and responsibility;
- teamwork skills;
- experience in production or the food/pharmaceutical industry is an asset;
- knowledge of production hygiene rules is welcome;
- valid sanitary-epidemiological medical certificate required.
Salary:
Hourly rate: 27.46 PLN net, monthly 4393 – 4613 PLN net.
For students under 26: 34 PLN net/hour, monthly 5440 – 5712 PLN net.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*
Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:00. 30-minute paid break included in working hours. Smoking allowed only during the break.
Accommodation:
Free, fully equipped accommodation provided (cost covered by the employer). Approx. 650 PLN/month value, covered by company.
The factory is located 250 meters from a public transport stop, offering easy access from any part of the city.
Documents and Legalisation:
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Workwear and medical check-up:
- Sanitary-epidemiological tests required (assistance provided).
Additional information:
