Seedling Production Worker – seasonal job

About the offer

A company specializing in seedling production is looking for workers to join their team.

Job Description

• sorting, separating, and transplanting seedlings;
• arranging and transporting pots on carts;
• delivering products to the production hall;
• other support tasks related to seedling production.

Requirements

• willingness to perform physical work;
• motivation and commitment;
• experience in similar work is an advantage.

Salary

Hourly rate: 17.88€ gross (basic rate 14.99€ + 2.89€ supplement). Monthly earnings: 2860 – 3220€ gross.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*

Work schedule

Work from Monday to Friday, with possible Saturdays. Approximately 45 hours per week.

Accommodation

Provided in a furnished apartment. 

Promotion for the First 3 Months of Employment!

The standard accommodation fee is €530 per month. Employees starting work on the project receive an accommodation allowance of €280 per month, reducing the accommodation cost to only €250 per month during the first 3 months.

To qualify for this promotion, employees must remain employed on the contract for a minimum of 3 months. After this period, the standard accommodation fee of €530 per month will apply.

An employee who commutes to work in their own car and also transports other employees receives a €200 accommodation discount and a mileage allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.

An employee who commutes to work in a company car and also transports other employees receives a €50 accommodation discount.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Employee Referral Bonus
