Seedling Production Worker – seasonal job

A company in the Netherlands that specialises in the production of seedlings is recruiting seasonal workers in America.

Job Description

Men work primarily outdoors, in the field where seedlings are grown. Work continues even in cold weather and when it rains:

• sorting, splitting, and planting seedlings;
• stacking and transporting pots on carts;
• delivering them to the production facility;
• other support tasks related to seedling production.

Women work primarily in the production facility. Starting in January, they also work in the greenhouses:

• placing pots on trays;
• other support tasks related to growing seedlings, sorting, and planting strawberry seedlings.

Requirements

• willingness to perform physical work;
• motivation and commitment;
• experience in similar work is an advantage.

Salary

Hourly rate: 17.88€ gross (basic rate 14.99€ + 2.89€ supplement). Monthly earnings: 2860 – 3220€ gross.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*

Work schedule

Work from Monday to Friday, with possible Saturdays. Approximately 45 hours per week.

Accommodation

Provided in a furnished apartment. 

Promotion for the First 3 Months of Employment!

The standard accommodation fee is €530 per month. Employees starting work on the project receive an accommodation allowance of €280 per month, reducing the accommodation cost to only €250 per month during the first 3 months.

To qualify for this promotion, employees must remain employed on the contract for a minimum of 3 months. After this period, the standard accommodation fee of €530 per month will apply.

An employee who commutes to work in their own car and also transports other employees receives a €200 accommodation discount and a mileage allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.

An employee who commutes to work in a company car and also transports other employees receives a €50 accommodation discount.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Employee Referral Bonus
