About the offer

Work in a warehouse and production facility in Venlo, the Netherlands, for a company specializing in fresh fruit and vegetable production. Employees work alternately in production and warehouse areas depending on the client's current needs.

Job Description

• packing fresh fruit and vegetables on the production line;
• performing warehouse and logistics tasks, including order picking, scanning and transporting goods using EPT pallet trucks;
• working in both production and warehouse areas depending on current demand.

Working conditions

• the temperature inside the facility is approximately 10-12°C.

Requirements

• communicative knowledge of English or German sufficient to understand instructions and assigned tasks;
• experience operating EPT pallet trucks is an advantage;
• an EPT certificate is an additional advantage;
• punctuality, reliability, accuracy and compliance with safety regulations;
• basic reading and numeracy skills and ability to use a scanner;
• flexibility and willingness to work in both production and warehouse areas.

Salary

Hourly rate: 16.93€ gross (basic rate 15.68€ + 1.25€ supplement). Monthly earnings: 2700 – 3040€ gross.

Bonuses for shift work and overtime.

Salary is paid in a single payment. 

Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*

Work schedule

Work takes place from Monday to Saturday, up to a maximum of 5 days a week.

• 1st shift: 7:30 – approx. 15:30
• 2nd shift: 15:30 – approx. 24:00–1:00

For the first two weeks, new employees work the shift starting at 7:30 a.m. and undergo on-the-job training; from the third week onwards, they begin working the afternoon shift.

During the peak season (May to October), employees typically work the afternoon shift for two to three weeks and the morning shift for one week.

Employees are expected to be available to work three out of the four Saturdays in a month.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation provided with full amenities. Cost: 530€ per month.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Additional information

Employee Referral Bonus
