A Dutch company specializing in strawberry cultivation is looking for workers to sort and pack strawberry seedlings.
Job Description
- sorting strawberry seedlings;
- bundling seedlings in groups of 25 and securing them with rubber bands;
- placing prepared seedlings into crates.
Requirements
- good manual skills;
- accuracy and reliability;
- willingness to work at a fast pace;
- previous experience in sorting, packing or horticultural work is an advantage;
- motivation and willingness to work;
- willingness to work for a longer period;
- knowledge of English is an advantage.
Salary
Hourly rate: 17.88€ gross (basic rate 14.99€ + 2.89€ supplement). Monthly earnings: 2860 – 3210€ gross.
Performance bonus available.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*
Work schedule
Work from Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week. Overtime work is available.
Accommodation and transport
Accommodation provided with full amenities. Cost: 530€ per month.
An employee who commutes to work in their own car and also transports other employees receives a €200 accommodation discount and a mileage allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.
An employee who commutes to work in a company car and also transports other employees receives a €50 accommodation discount.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Additional information
- please bring your own work clothes, non-slip footwear, and bedding.
