A company specializing in greenhouse pepper cultivation is looking for workers to join their team in the Netherlands.
Job Description
- harvesting ripe peppers;
- cutting fruits according to size, weight, and color;
- placing peppers into crates or containers;
- sorting fruits based on quality;
- cleaning the workstation and greenhouse after harvesting;
- internal transport of harvested products using platforms or carts.
Requirements
- willingness to perform physical work;
- ability to work in warm, humid conditions and at heights;
- readiness for long periods of standing, walking, and bending;
- experience in harvesting is an advantage;
- Category B driving license is an advantage.
Salary
Hourly rate: 17.88 € gross (base rate 14.99 € + allowance 2.89 €).
Monthly salary: 2870 – 3030 € gross.
Overtime bonus: +35%.
Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule
Work from Monday to Friday, with possible Saturdays. Approximately 40 hours per week.
Accommodation
Accommodation provided in a furnished apartment with 2-person rooms. Cost: €530 per month.
Possibility to commute by car or bicycle.
An employee who commutes to work in their own car and also transports other employees receives a €200 accommodation discount and a mileage allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.
An employee who commutes to work in a company car and also transports other employees receives a €50 accommodation discount.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Additional information
- own safety shoes are required.
