About the offer

A Dutch company specializing in the production of potted flower bulbs is looking for workers to assist with plant production.

Job Description

• planting flower bulbs in pots on the production line;
• moving and carrying pots.

Salary

Hourly rate: 17.88 € gross (base rate 14.99 € + allowance 2.89 €).

Monthly salary: 2870 – 3210 € gross.

Salary is paid in a single payment. 

Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*

Work schedule

Work from Monday to Friday, with possible work on Saturdays. Approximately 38 hours or more per week.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation provided with full amenities. Cost: 530€ per month.

An employee who commutes to work in their own car and also transports other employees receives a €200 accommodation discount and a mileage allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.

An employee who commutes to work in a company car and also transports other employees receives a €50 accommodation discount.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical checks

• Safety shoes are mandatory.

Employee Referral Bonus
