Work in the Netherlands as a nursery worker responsible for planting, care, and cultivation of trees and shrubs.
Job Description
- planting and transplanting trees and shrubs;
- watering and fertilising plants;
- pruning and shaping trees;
- protecting plants against diseases and pests using appropriate means;
- collecting and preparing customer orders;
- labelling and preparing plants for transport;
- maintaining cleanliness at the workplace and in the nursery.

- responsibility, accuracy, and reliability;
- good physical condition;
- category B driving licence;
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions;
- experience in horticulture and knowledge of gardening tools will be an asset;
- ability to work in a team and good motivation.
Salary
Hourly rate: 17.29€ gross (basic rate 14.40€ + 2.89€ supplement).
Monthly earnings: 2,900 – 3,450€ gross.
Overtime bonuses apply.
Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule
Single shift work, including some Sundays and public holidays (days off are scheduled according to the work plan). Work from Monday to Saturday, approx. 45-50 hours per week, up to 200 hours per month.
Accommodation
Accommodation provided in a fully equipped apartment. Cost: 450€ per month.
Documents and Legalisation

- Free preparation of employment documents.
Workwear and medical check-up:
- rainproof workwear provided;
- own safety shoes required.
