A large Dutch company specializing in asparagus cultivation is looking for workers for harvesting and plant care in the Netherlands.
Job Description
- cutting asparagus;
- packing and sorting;
- covering / removing foil from asparagus rows.
Requirements
- physical strength;
- experience in a similar position is welcome.
Salary
Hourly rate: 17.55€ gross (basic rate 14.71€ + 2.84€ supplement).
Monthly earnings: 2800 – 3800€ gross.
There is a possibility of receiving a bonus. Overtime allowance amounts to 0.30 € for each kilogram of asparagus harvested during overtime hours (the rate depends on the field and equipment used, approx. 18 kg/hour; an average worker usually cuts about 25 kg/hour, an active worker – from 30 kg/hour).
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*
Work schedule
One-shift work, from 7:00 to 17:00, 6 days a week (50–60 hours per week); 160–220 hours per month.
Accommodation and transport
Accommodation in a furnished apartment is provided. Cost: 530€ per month.
Documents and Legalisation

Hunsel (Netherlands)
Hunsel is a small, quiet village located in the southeastern Netherlands, in the province of Limburg. It is part of the Leudal municipality and has around 1,100 residents. The village lies about 30 metres above sea level, roughly 8 kilometres from Weert and 20 kilometres from Roermond.
Hunsel has a rural character, with family homes, farms, and open countryside. In the village centre there is a grocery store, a primary school, a church, a bus stop, and a few local services. The surroundings are green and peaceful, offering cycling and walking routes through the fields and woods. The nearby N273 road provides easy access to larger towns such as Weert, Heythuysen, and Roermond.
