A Dutch company specializing in the cultivation of grasses and perennial plants is looking for employees to work in a plant nursery.
Job Description
- planting, transplanting, and propagating perennial plants;
- plant care, including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and staking plants.
Working conditions
- work outdoors and inside a production hall.
Requirements
- motivation and proactive attitude toward work;
- good physical condition;
- UDT license and experience operating forklifts are an advantage.
Salary
Hourly rate: 17.55€ gross (basic rate 14.71€ + 2.84€ supplement).
Monthly earnings: 2800 – 3150€ gross.
Overtime bonus: 35%.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*
Work schedule
Work 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday.
Accommodation and transport
Accommodation provided in a fully equipped apartment. Cost: 530€ per month.
Commute to work by bicycle.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Additional information
- required safety shoes and workwear (rainproof clothing).
