About the offer
A company specializing in cultivation of perennial plants is looking for employees to work in a professional plant nursery in the Netherlands.
Job Description
- planting, replanting and propagating perennial plants in accordance with agrotechnical standards;
- plant care, including watering, fertilising, trimming and staking;
- protecting plants from diseases and pests using appropriate plant-protection methods;
- preparing plants for sale: labelling, sorting and completing customer orders;
- maintaining order in the nursery and keeping workstations clean;
- seasonal tasks such as protecting plants for winter and other activities related to adverse weather conditions.
Requirements
- good physical condition;
- active and responsible approach to work;
- UDT certificate.
Salary
Hourly rate: 17.29€ gross (basic rate 14.40€ + 2.89€ supplement).
Monthly earnings: 2070 – 3110 € gross.
Overtime bonus: +35%.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*
Work schedule
Work from Monday to Saturday, up to 180 hours per month.
Accommodation
Accommodation provided in a fully equipped house/apartment. Cost: 15 € per night.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Additional information
- Candidates must have their own safety shoes and workwear.
