A Dutch company specializing in oyster mushroom production is looking for workers to join its mushroom farm.
Job Description
- working with oyster mushrooms at various stages of production;
- preparing, arranging, and handling growing substrate;
- operating growing chambers and production halls according to company procedures;
- harvesting oyster mushrooms;
- sorting, weighing, packing, and preparing mushrooms for shipment;
- performing quality control;
- maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation and in production areas.
Working conditions

Requirements
- basic knowledge of English;
- ability to work in high-humidity and low-temperature conditions;
- willingness to perform physical work;
- accuracy, reliability, and responsibility;

Salary
Hourly rate: 17.88 € gross (base rate 14.99 € + allowance 2.89 €).
Monthly salary: 2680 – 3210 € gross.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*
Work schedule
Work from Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:30 or until 17:30. Work on Saturdays until 12:00.
Accommodation and transport
Accommodation provided with all amenities. Cost: 530 € per month.
Documents and Legalisation
