A Dutch company specializing in the production of strawberry seedlings is looking for employees to work in their plant nursery.
Job Description
- working both indoors (facility) and outdoors (fields);
- selection of seedlings;
- planting;
- sorting;
- grafting/connecting plants;
- placing seedlings into crates.
Requirements
- willingness to perform physical work;
- ability to handle repetitive tasks;
- readiness to work in various weather conditions;
- ability to work in a team;
- Category B driving license is an advantage.
Salary
Hourly rate: 17.55€ gross (basic rate 14.71€ + 2.84€ supplement).
Monthly earnings: 2800 – 4210€ gross.
Performance-based bonuses.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 200€*
Work schedule
Work from Monday to Saturday, 40–50 hours per week.
Accommodation and transport
Accommodation provided in a fully equipped apartment. Cost: 570 € per month.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Additional information
- transport to the workplace by car;
- workwear and safety shoes required.
