A well-known carpentry company from Bydgoszcz is looking for employees to join various stages of wood processing.

The company specialises in window scantlings and other glued products made from solid wood of different species. Innovation in production allows for creating glued wooden elements that stand out for their quality and long-term durability. Quality is highly valued here as the production process is largely automated, and modern, innovative machines make work easier for employees.

Job Description

Outdoor work:

• preparing and processing dry or wet wood under a shelter;
• loading cut wood into processing machines that cut it into boards of various widths;
• sorting sawn boards by width and length;
• stacking finished boards on pallets;
• operating production machinery.

Indoor work (production hall):

• processing boards (cutting, arranging, gluing);
• moving and stacking boards on pallets;
• operating production machinery.

Working conditions

• work takes place both outdoors and in a heated production hall;
• canteen equipped with a microwave, kettles, and water dispenser;
• designated smoking area during breaks;
• friendly atmosphere and supportive team;
• assistance and supervision provided by a coordinator.

Requirements

• physical strength (for outdoor work) and willingness to work;
• readiness to work in various weather conditions;
• teamwork skills and good cooperation with colleagues;
• experience in working with wood will be an asset.

Salary

Hourly rate: 24.63 PLN net, monthly 4140 – 5410 PLN net.

For students under 26: 30.50 PLN net/hour, monthly 5120 – 6710 PLN net.

+1 PLN/hour for employees with their own accommodation;

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Two-shift system:

• 1st shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• 2nd shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• 30-minute break.

Work from Monday to Friday (5/2); occasional Saturday work.
Average 168–220 hours per month.

Accommodation

Fully equipped accommodation provided. Monthly cost: 650 PLN.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• workwear provided: clothes, shoes, short-sleeve T-shirt, long-sleeve shirt, gloves, hat, jacket, and earplugs;
• health booklet (sanitary certificate) required;
• initial medical examination costs covered by the employer.

Additional information:

• smoking area available during breaks;
• canteen equipped with a microwave, kettles, and water dispenser.
