A well-known carpentry company from Bydgoszcz is looking for workers to join their sawmill yard team. The company specializes in window scantlings and glued solid wood products of various species, focusing on high quality and modern, automated production processes.

Job Description

Outdoor work:

• working in the yard area;
• preparing and processing wood (dry or wet) under shelter;
• loading cut wood into machines that process it into boards of various widths;
• sorting boards by width and length;
• stacking finished boards on pallets into bundles;
• operating production machines.

Requirements

• willingness to perform physical work;
• readiness to work in various weather conditions;
• ability to work in a team;
• experience in working with wood is an advantage.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25.36 PLN net. Monthly salary: 4260 – 5570 PLN net.

For students under 26 years: 31.40 PLN. Monthly salary: 5275 – 6900 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Three-shift system:

• 1st shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• 2nd shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• 3rd shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
• 30-minute break.

Work from Monday to Friday (5/2); occasional Saturday work.
Average 168–220 hours per month.

Accommodation

Fully equipped accommodation provided. Monthly cost: 750 PLN.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• workwear provided: clothes, shoes, short-sleeve T-shirt, long-sleeve shirt, gloves, hat, jacket, and earplugs;
• health booklet (sanitary certificate) required;
• initial medical examination costs covered by the employer.

• canteen equipped with microwave, kettles, and water dispenser;
• designated smoking area during breaks;
