We are looking for a Chef to work in a seaside hotel located in a picturesque area near a pine forest, within a holiday resort in Dziwnówek.

An elegant, modern hotel located right by the sea, a place that combines luxury interiors, professional service, and a unique atmosphere. The hotel offers guests not only comfortable accommodation but also a rich culinary offer and a relaxing spa area. Job Description

• preparing complete dishes for hotel guests in accordance with the highest culinary and quality standards;
• daily preparation of a variety of meals—from breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to à la carte dishes—with attention to taste, presentation, and aesthetics;
• proper and safe use of kitchen equipment and compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP);
• monitoring the quality and freshness of ingredients, reporting irregularities, and ensuring proper food storage;
• close cooperation with the Head Chef overseeing the entire kitchen team and maintaining the highest quality of served dishes;
• responsible use of ingredients and minimising food waste while coordinating with other kitchen staff.

Requirements

• experience in preparing Polish and international cuisine according to recipes and quality standards;
• knowledge of modern cooking techniques and professional kitchen equipment;
• ability to create and decorate visually appealing dishes;
• teamwork skills and close cooperation with the Head Chef;
• independence, responsibility, and good organisation;
• creativity and openness;
• ability to work under pressure, resilience to stress, and flexibility;
• knowledge of HACCP, health & safety, and hygiene standards;
• good physical condition and no contraindications to working in gastronomy;
• good hygiene habits and high personal culture;

Salary

Hourly rate: 30.00 PLN net, monthly 5040 – 7500 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Rotational schedule, two shifts between 5:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Work 5–7 days a week, schedule determined with the Head Chef..

Accommodation

Accommodation provided in high-standard hotel rooms. Cost: 300 PLN per month (utilities included). Refundable 200 PLN deposit, returned after 30 days of work.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• Valid sanitary booklet required – assistance provided in obtaining it.

Additional information

• Free meals provided: breakfast for the morning shift and lunch for the afternoon shift.
