A global logistics service provider with four branches in Poland is looking for warehouse workers to join its logistics center in Gdańsk.
Type of сontract
- Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.
Job Description
- order picking according to customer requests;
- receiving deliveries;
- placing goods in the warehouse;
- maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
Working conditions
- work involves lifting loads up to 20 kg;
- work in three temperature zones: +20°C, +7°C, and –18°C;
- possible night shifts.
Requirements
- valid sanitary and epidemiological booklet or readiness to obtain one;
- experience in warehouse work is welcome;
- good physical condition;
- motivation and availability;
- experience operating a pallet truck will be an advantage.
Salary
Hourly rate: 26,68 PLN net (first month: 25,36 PLN net), monthly 4260 – 5330 PLN net.
For students under 26: 33,22 PLN net/hour (first month: 31.40 PLN/hour), monthly 5275 – 6640 PLN net.
Bonus from 200 PLN to 1500 PLN net, depending on:
- productivity,
- work quality,
- work in the cold zone (–18°C),
- attendance.

Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*
Work schedule
Three-shift system, 8-hour shifts:
- 1st shift: 6:00-14:00
- 2nd shift: 14:00-22:00
- 3rd shift: 22:00-6:00
Work also possible on Saturdays (1st shift only) and Sundays (2nd shift only). Three breaks per shift: 2×10 min and 1×20 min for lunch. Overtime possible.
Accommodation
Accommodation and commute at own expense.
The workplace is located 650 m (5–7 min walk) from the Rafineria 1 or 2 bus stop. Travel time from Gdańsk city center: 20–35 minutes.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Workwear and medical check-up:
- protective clothing and safety shoes provided;
- assistance in obtaining medical and sanitary certificates (cost covered by the agency).
