Clothing Packer – E-commerce Warehouse

About the offer

A global leader in B2B and B2C logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and product lifecycle services is hiring warehouse workers for simple packaging tasks involving light items such as clothing and jewelry at its modern logistics center in Łozienice near Goleniów.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• sorting and quality control of products;
• preparing goods for shipment and entering them into the warehouse system;
• maintaining cleanliness in the workplace;
• repackaging returned items (clothing, shoes, jewelry, etc.) according to client standards;
• picking and preparing products for shipment;
• sorting, packing, unpacking, and labeling items according to set procedures.

Working conditions

• standing and walking work (approx. 8 km per shift);
• high workplace safety standards;
• work divided into 3 areas: PICK, PACK, and RETURN.

Requirements

• good communication skills;
• good physical condition.

Salary

Hourly rate: 24.63 PLN net, monthly 4130 – 6150 PLN net.

For students under 26: 30.50 PLN net/hour, monthly 5120 – 7620 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Two shifts, up to 12 hours per day:

• 1st shift: 6:00 – 18:00
• 2nd shift: 18:00 – 4:00

Shift rotation every 5 days (5 working days, then 2 days off). All weekends are working days.

Breaks: 40 minutes total (extra 10 minutes during high temperatures).

Accommodation and transport

Comfortable, fully equipped accommodation in 2–3 person rooms. Cost: 650 PLN/month (deducted from salary). Refundable deposit: 200 PLN (returned after first paycheck).

Free municipal transport in Goleniów (Mon–Fri). Company transport on weekends and at night – 20 PLN/month.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• free black leggings or trousers, black T-shirt, and safety shoes;
• required own black clothing (no-pocket leggings or trousers + T-shirt).
