About the offer

A large transport company is seeking experienced drivers holding a Category D license to operate buses on the route between Kostrzyn nad Odrą and Gorzów Wielkopolski.

Job Description

• operating a regular passenger bus service on the Kostrzyn nad Odrą – Gorzów Wielkopolski route;
• ensuring safe and punctual passenger transport according to the timetable;
• operating the ticket machine, selling tickets and accepting card and cash payments;
• communicating directly with passengers and providing basic information about the route, stops and tickets.

Requirements

• valid Category D driving licence and Driver Qualification Certificate (Code 95);
• experience working as a bus driver;
• willingness to work and motivation;
• availability and reliability;
• high personal culture and professional attitude.

Salary

Hourly rate: 30,19 PLN net, monthly 5070 – 12 070 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 1500 PLN*

Work schedule

Possible work from Monday to Friday with weekend replacements, or 7 days a week. The schedule can also be divided between two drivers, for example, 2 days on / 2 days off.

Regular route: Kostrzyn nad Odrą – Gorzów Wielkopolski.

• 06:30-07:40 – Kostrzyn – Gorzów;
• 07:40-08:10 – break;
• 08:10-09:15 – Gorzów – Kostrzyn;
• 09:15-14:40 – long break;
• 14:40-15:35 – Gorzów – Kostrzyn;
• 15:35-16:55 – break;
• 16:55-18:05 – Kostrzyn – Gorzów;
• 18:05-18:50 – break;
• 18:50-19:45 – Gorzów – Kostrzyn.

Accommodation

Accommodation provided free of charge in a fully equipped apartment.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Additional information

• assistance with obtaining Code 95 through a shortened course – the candidate covers 1,225 PLN for the course and preparation of the required documents, of which 1,075 PLN is refunded after 6 months of work;
• drivers who obtained their Category D licence after September 2008 are required to complete the full Code 95 course;
• work with MAN Intercity buses.
