A leading salmon processing company in Poland is looking for a Quality Controller for its production facility in Grudziądz.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• following procedures and instructions;
• maintaining documentation in a correct, careful, and transparent manner;
• assessing raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products;
• collecting samples of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and water;
• taking swab samples from machines, production halls, and employees’ hands when necessary;
• collecting and providing information about manufactured products;
• evaluating sanitary conditions of the facility and employee hygiene;
• ensuring that products meet specification requirements;
• following company regulations and operational standards;
• complying with health & safety and fire protection regulations;
• responsibility for actions resulting from Quality System and HACCP procedures and instructions.

Requirements

• experience in quality control in the food industry;
• knowledge of HACCP principles;
• responsibility;
• accuracy in performing assigned tasks;
• sanitary booklet.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25.60 PLN net. Monthly salary: 4300 – 5120 PLN net.

For students under 26 years: 31.70 PLN. Monthly salary: 5320 – 6340 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Work in a 2-shift system, 8 hours per shift with 20-minute breaks:

• 1st shift: 6:00–14:00;
• 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00 or 17:30–3:30.

Accommodation

Fully equipped accommodation provided. Cost: 750 PLN per month.

Refundable deposit required: 200 PLN.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• sanitary-epidemiological medical examination – reimbursement provided with salary;
• workwear and safety shoes provided on the first working day.

Additional information:

• canteen and designated smoking area available (smoking allowed only during breaks);
• vending machines with food and coffee available on-site.
