Production and Warehouse Worker – food processing duties

About the offer

A company specializing in the production of fruit and vegetable preserves for major retail chains in Poland is looking for production workers for its plant in Łowicz.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

Production department – piecework system:

• placing cucumbers into jars;
• manual, standing work.

Warehouse department – fixed hourly rate (no piecework):

• transporting pallets with empty jars to the production line;
• removing pallets with filled jars from the production line to the warehouse;
• keeping the warehouse clean and organized;
• stacking empty pallets.

Requirements

• motivation and willingness to work;
• valid sanitary and epidemiological certificate.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25,35 PLN net, monthly 4260 – 6080 PLN net.

For students under 26: 31,40 PLN/hour net, monthly 5275 – 7530 PLN net.

Rate based on performance:

• up to 119% – 25,35 PLN/h net (for a student 31.40 PLN net/h)
• 120%–139% – 25,82 PLN/h net (for a student 32,04 PLN net/h)
• 140%–159% – 26,32 PLN/h net (for a student 32,74 PLN net/h)
• 160%–179% – 26,82 PLN/h net (for a student 33,43 PLN net/h)

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Work from Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:00, with the possibility of working on Saturdays.

Accommodation

Accommodation available near the company facility with full amenities in 4–5-person rooms. Cost: 500 PLN/month.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free preparation of employment documents.

Work clothing and medical examination

• workwear provided;
• assistance in obtaining a sanitary certificate (health booklet).
