Construction Worker – Fiber Optic Line Installation

About the offer

We are looking for manual workers to assist in the installation of fiber optic lines near Poznań.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• assisting with trenching for fiber optic cables;
• pulling microducts and cables through telecommunication manholes;
• laying cables in trenches;
• constructing cable risers;
• installing overhead line infrastructure;
• removing blockages;
• performing all work in accordance with investor standards and occupational health and safety regulations (BHP).

A mini-excavator and site supervisor are always present at the worksite. The company operates nationwide, executing projects across Poland as part of a team.

Requirements

• good physical condition;
• availability for full-time work;
• ability to work in a team;
• experience using power tools is an advantage;
• category B driving license preferred.

Salary

Hourly rate: 27,95 PLN net, monthly 4695 – 7260 PLN net.

For students under 26: 34,61 PLN net/hour, monthly 5810 – 8990 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Single shift, Monday to Friday (plus two Saturdays per month), 10–12 hours per day. Start time is determined by the team leader and depends on weather conditions. Average 220–260 working hours per month.
