A company specializing in the production of table porcelain at its facility in Łubiana is looking for workers to form ceramic products.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• forming porcelain, porcelain stoneware, earthenware and stoneware products on a potter's wheel, including plates, bowls, cups, decorative items, jugs and bottles;
• forming products by hand, without moulds or using plaster moulds, based on technical drawings;
• drying and firing finished products at appropriately selected temperatures;
• identifying defects occurring during forming, joining and drying processes and taking measures to prevent them;
• maintaining and cleaning tools, equipment and moulds used at work, as well as carrying out minor repairs when necessary.

Working conditions

• the temperature inside the production facility may reach up to 30°C.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25,36 PLN net, monthly 4260 – 5570 PLN net.

For students under 26: 31,40 PLN net/hour, monthly 5275 – 6900 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Work in a 3-shift system:

• 4 shifts from 6:00 to 14:00, followed by 1 day off;
• 4 shifts from 14:00 to 22:00, followed by 2 days off;
• 4 shifts from 22:00 to 6:00, followed by 2 days off.

Overtime work is available.

Accommodation and transport

Comfortable, fully equipped accommodation is provided near the workplace. Cost: 550 PLN per month + 200 PLN deposit.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• workwear and safety shoes are provided for one year. If the employee finishes work earlier, 250 PLN will be deducted from the final salary.
