About the offer

A leading European manufacturer of mattresses, continental furniture, umbrellas, and garden cushions is looking for warehouse workers to join the team in Malanów.

Type of сontract

• Employment contract – Umowa o pracę.

Job Description

• loading and unloading trucks;
• sorting goods before loading;
• working with a scanner – checking goods before shipment (mainly for women).

Working conditions

• female employees work with scanners to verify goods before loading.

Requirements

• motivation and willingness to work.

Salary

Monthly salary 3511 – 5300 PLN net.

Employees under 26 years old earn about 12% more.

Additional benefits:

• Attendance bonus – 300 PLN
• Overtime and night shift allowance
• Performance bonus

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Work from Monday to Friday in a 3-shift system:

• Shift I: 6:00–14:00
• Shift II: 14:00–22:00
• Shift III: 22:00–6:00

Possible work on Saturdays and overtime during peak production periods. Break: 15 minutes.

Accommodation

Accommodation provided in fully equipped hostels in Malanów and Turek (kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, bedding, dishes, etc.). Rooms for 2–4 people. Cost: 650 PLN/month.

Free local public transport within Malanów. Transportation to and from work is provided for employees living farther from the plant.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• medical examination paid by the employer;
• free workwear provided after 30 days of employment.

Additional information

• Canteen available for employees – hot drinks from vending machines (at own cost).
