Production Worker – rope manufacturing and line support duties

About the offer

A company specializing in the production of specialty rope is looking for production workers to join its team.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• manually filling containers with granulate approximately every 45 minutes – granulate bags weigh around 25 kg;
• manually removing rolls of finished rope – each roll weighs approximately 12 kg;
• transferring rolls onto pallets and wrapping pallets with foil (machine-assisted if needed);
• monitoring the proper production process;
• maintaining cleanliness at the workstation.

Requirements

• accuracy in performing duties;
• availability and readiness to work in a shift system;
• diligence;
• reliability.

Salary

Hourly rate: 26.50 PLN net, monthly 4450 – 7420 PLN net.

For students under 26: 32.81 PLN/hour net, monthly 5500 – 9180 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Work 5 days per week in a 2-shift system: 6:00–18:00 and 18:00–6:00. Overtime opportunities available.

Accommodation

Free accommodation is provided at the workplace after one month of employment. The cost is 750 PLN if the employee does not complete one month of employment.

A 200 PLN security deposit is required before check-in. A car is available for shopping or urgent matters.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• Workwear provided by the employer.

Additional information

• Company car available for employees.
