Warehouse Worker – receiving and goods handling position

An international company specializing in air, sea, road, and rail freight forwarding, warehousing, and goods distribution is looking for Warehouse Workers in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• supporting unloading processes from vehicles and containers;
• verifying the quantity and quality of received goods;
• preparing orders according to procedures;
• packing pallets for shipment;
• securing cargo units by stretch wrapping, taping, and strapping;
• repacking products, including replacing damaged packaging;
• labeling goods;
• operating warehouse scanners;
• cataloging and maintaining carton records;
• using simple mechanical tools (e.g. drills, crowbars, hacksaws);
• maintaining 5S standards and workplace order;
• aligning pallets and loads to designated lines.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25,36 PLN net, monthly 4260 – 6080 PLN net.

For students under 26: 31,40 PLN net/hour, monthly 5275 – 7530 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Work in a 2-shift system, 12-hour shifts:

• 1st shift: 7:00–19:00
• 2nd shift: 19:00–7:00

Schedule pattern: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, and 4 days off. Possible work on days off.

Accommodation

Fully furnished, comfortable accommodation in 2–4 person rooms. Cost: 750 PLN/month (deducted from salary). Deposit: 200 PLN, refunded after the first paycheck.

Free company transport to the workplace provided. Public transport and local infrastructure are well developed.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical checks
