About the offer

A large Polish supermarket chain in Kłobuck is looking for a warehouse worker. The company has been operating since 1997 and runs over 280 modern stores across Poland, along with three logistics centres. Most of its products come from Polish producers, farmers, breeders, and gardeners, and the company continues to expand its own brand, offering a full range of goods, including fresh products.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie. 

Job Description

• collecting goods according to orders;
• packing goods and printing documents;
• preparing orders for dispatch; 
• operating warehouse equipment and forklifts. 

Working conditions

• Temperature depends on the department: dry goods section: +16°C, fresh section: +11°C.

Requirements

• experience with warehouse documentation is welcome;
• motivation and readiness to work;
• category B driving licence and/or UDT forklift licence (support provided for certification);
• readiness for shift work;
• ability to work in a team;
• accuracy, diligence, and attention to detail;
• readiness to obtain a sanitary-epidemiological certificate or possession of a valid one.

Salary

Hourly rate: 24.63 – 30.86 PLN net, monthly 4130 – 8640PLN net.

For students under 26: 30.50 – 38.28 PLN net/hour, monthly 5100 – 10710 PLN net.

Pay depends on productivity.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Night shift from Sunday to Friday (18:00–6:00), Saturdays off. One shift of 8–10 hours (depending on order volume).

Department-specific hours:

• Dry warehouse (MC): 18:00–03:00 or 05:00
• Cold warehouse (MF): 18:00–01:00 or 02:00

Breaks: 30 minutes + 2 short smoking breaks (5 minutes each).

Accommodation

Comfortable, fully equipped accommodation provided with 2–3 person rooms. Monthly cost: 650 PLN. 

Free transport to the warehouse (company car, 8 minutes from hostel).

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• Assistance with obtaining health book and forklift certification (cost: 350 PLN).
• Protective clothing and safety footwear provided.
