About the offer
A large transport company is looking for experienced bus drivers with a category D driving licence (issued before September 2008) to operate city buses in Poznań. The company’s fleet consists mainly of modern Solaris vehicles.

- Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.
Job Description
- safe transport of passengers on assigned routes;
- reporting any disruptions, faults, or vehicle damage noticed during operation;
- providing customer service to passengers;
- handing over the bus to the designated parking attendant after each shift.
At the beginning, drivers operate standard single buses. During employment, they undergo training for articulated buses, then electric buses, and finally hydrogen buses, after which they can operate the full range of vehicles.
Working conditions
- mandatory alcohol test before each shift;
- company phone provided (for work and private use) with free calls and internet;
- access to a navigation app with current bus routes;
- modern buses equipped with electronic destination boards;
- full support from an on-site coordinator.
Requirements
- valid category D driving licence and Driver Qualification Card (Świadectwo kwalifikacji);
- minimum vocational education;
- stress resistance and reliability;
- availability and punctuality;
- high personal culture and communication skills.
Salary
Hourly rate: 32.30 PLN net, monthly 5420–7100 PLN net.
Additional +1 PLN/hour for employees with private accommodation.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*
Work schedule
Two-shift system, 6 days per week:
- Morning shift: from 4:00 a.m. until noon;
- Afternoon shift: from noon until 11:00 p.m. – midnight.
Approx. 200–220 hours per month. 5–6 days off per month, schedule set by the dispatcher.
Accommodation
Accommodation available in equipped 2–3 person rooms with access to a kitchen and bathroom.
Free for the first 3 months, then 450 PLN/month.
The accommodation is located near a shop, bank, and approx. 3 km from the depot.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Workwear and medical check-up
- full uniform provided (shirt, trousers, shoes);
- total cost of medical examination and qualification documents: 1250 PLN.
Additional information
- free health insurance;
- optional insurance covering damages up to 30,000 PLN for 145 PLN/month;
- employee must have 1,250 PLN available upon start (150 PLN covers KKK issuance, the remaining 1,100 PLN is a refundable deposit after 6 months of work).
