A company specialising in the production of concrete prefabricated elements and concrete fences is hiring production workers in Przecław.

Job Description

• preparing concrete mixtures;
• pouring concrete into moulds;
• assembling finished elements.

Requirements

• availability and physical strength;
• precision and attention to detail;
• responsibility, engagement, and discipline.

Salary

Hourly rate: 27.95 PLN net, monthly 5030–6140 PLN net.

For students under 26: 34.61 PLN/hour net, monthly 6220–7610 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Single-shift system, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Overtime possible until 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays. Employees are entitled to two 30-minute breaks, taken flexibly as needed.

Accommodation

Free, fully equipped accommodation provided about 500 metres from the workplace. The flat is located approx. 200 metres from a local shop and 3 km from a supermarket, lake with a beach, and train station (PKP). On-site amenities include a barbecue area and bicycles available for employees.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• clean workwear provided weekly.

Additional information

• employees who meet the daily target (e.g. 140 concrete panels) may finish earlier, with the full day counted as worked;
• stable, year-round employment (not seasonal);
