About the offer

A multi-industry company specializing in the production of specialist workwear and military clothing is looking for experienced sewing machine operators to join its production facility in Rypin.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie. 

Job Description

• sewing garment components and other textile products;
• working based on cut patterns, templates and technological documentation;
• operating industrial sewing machines (e.g. lockstitch, overlock);
• ironing components;
• cutting fabric elements according to specified patterns or templates;
• ensuring the quality and aesthetics of the finished products;
• verifying that sewn elements comply with the design and specifications;
• maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation;
• cooperating with the production team and supervisor to meet the sewing plan.

Requirements

• experience in garment sewing (industrial production experience is welcome);
• ability to operate sewing machines;
• accuracy, precision and attention to detail;
• ability to work in a team;
• availability and willingness to work.

Salary

Hourly rate: 27,95 PLN net, monthly 4695 – 6700 PLN net.

For students under 26: 34,61 PLN net/hour, monthly 5810 – 8300 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Work from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 14:00. Overtime and weekend work (Saturday and Sunday) possible upon agreement with the supervisor.

Two 20-minute breaks.
