A well-known Polish producer of styrofoam is hiring a production worker in Sternalice.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• cutting styrofoam;
• forming styrofoam;
• grinding and foaming granulate;
• bringing materials from the warehouse to the production line;
• sorting, packing finished styrofoam products and labelling boxes.

Requirements

• willingness to work and learn;
• basic counting skills.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25,36 PLN net, monthly 4260 – 5080 PLN net.

For students under 26: 31,40 PLN net/hour, monthly 5275 – 6280 PLN net.

Performance bonus from the production manager possible.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Two shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
When there is a higher volume of orders, a single 10-hour shift (6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) may be introduced.
Overtime available for those interested.
Average 168–200 hours per month.

Accommodation

Accommodation available near the workplace, in 2–3 person rooms. Monthly cost: 750 PLN.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• Protective clothing (PPE) and medical examination are free after completing one full month of work. If the employee does not complete a full month, the cost of medical check-up and workwear is 300 PLN.
