About the offer

A Polish company specializing in interior design and finishing materials is looking for warehouse workers with a valid UDT certificate to join its logistics team in Stryków.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• efficient unloading and receiving of deliveries;
• order picking according to customer orders;
• working with a handheld scanner;
• loading vehicles;
• maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse.

Requirements

• valid UDT forklift license;
• readiness to work in a 3-shift system;
• commitment, reliability, and precision.

Salary

Hourly rate: 26.83 PLN net, monthly 4500 – 5360 PLN net.

For students under 26: 33.22 PLN net/hour, monthly 5580 – 6640 PLN net.

Performance bonus up to 10% of salary, depending on work results.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Three-shift system, Monday to Saturday:

• 1st shift: 6:00 – 14:00
• 2nd shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• 3rd shift: 22:00 – 6:00

Possibility of overtime work.

Accommodation

Fully equipped, comfortable accommodation provided (2–4 person rooms). Cost: 650 PLN/month.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• Protective work clothing (BHP) provided.
