Bus Driver – employee shuttle and fixed transport routes

About the offer

A large transport company is looking for experienced bus drivers (Category D) to operate employee shuttle routes to the Amazon logistics center in Świebodzin.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

The work involves transporting employees on the following routes:

• Route 1: Zielona Góra – Amazon Świebodzin
• Route 2: Rzepin – Amazon Świebodzin
• Route 3: Gorzów Wlkp. – Amazon Świebodzin
• Route 4: Nowy Tomyśl – Amazon Świebodzin
• Route 5: Drezdenko – Amazon Świebodzin
• Route 6: Deszczno – Amazon Świebodzin

Each route is operated by two drivers (alternating shifts). After reaching Świebodzin, drivers have a rest period before returning.

Job Description

• driving the bus in compliance with traffic regulations;
• ensuring the vehicle’s technical readiness before departure;
• refueling and performing basic maintenance checks;
• reporting or addressing malfunctions and damages;
• ensuring passenger safety and maintaining order inside the vehicle;
• organizing the workplace in accordance with occupational safety regulations (BHP).

Requirements

• valid Category D driving licence and Driver Qualification Certificate (Code 95);
• experience working as a bus driver;
• willingness to work and motivation;
• availability and reliability;
• high personal culture and professional attitude.

Salary

Hourly rate: 27,95 PLN net, monthly 6150 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Drivers transport warehouse employees working two shifts:

• Shift 1: 04:00 – 17:00
• Shift 2: 17:00 – 04:00

Accommodation

Accommodation provided free of charge in a fully equipped apartment.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Additional information

• upport in obtaining Code 95: shortened training course — candidate covers the cost of 1,225 PLN, of which 1,075 PLN is refunded after 6 months of work;
• for drivers who obtained their category D licence after September 2008, a full Code 95 training course is required.
