Work in a warehouse picking orders for a large company serving Asian e-commerce stores in Stryków.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• picking customer orders;
• operating a warehouse scanner;
• performing quality control.

Working conditions

• e-commerce warehouse with goods of various weights and sizes;
• approximately 50% standing work and 50% seated work.

Requirements

• willingness to work shifts;
• readiness to perform physical work;
• ability to use a warehouse scanner.

Salary

Hourly rate: 25,35 PLN net, monthly 4250 – 6080 PLN net.

For students under 26: 31,40 PLN net/hour, monthly 5275 – 7530 PLN net.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Work in a 2-shift system, 10-12 hours per day:

• 1st shift: 6:00–16:30
• 2nd shift: 18:00–4:30

Approximately 168–240 hours per month.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation is provided. Cost: 650 PLN per month, deducted from the salary. A 200 PLN deposit is required when moving into the accommodation and is refunded after completing 30 days of work.

A commuting allowance of PLN 300 per month is provided. Candidates using their own transport will receive an additional PLN 1.50 per hour (as the driver), plus PLN 1.00 per hour for each additional passenger commuting with that driver.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• assistance with obtaining a sanitary and epidemiological certificate;
• health and safety training (PLN 100 reimbursed after one month of work);
• we provide protective footwear and a vest (PLN 150 reimbursed after one month of work).

Additional information

• the facility has a canteen equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, and food and beverage vending machines;
• a locker for personal belongings is provided.
