Work in a warehouse picking orders for a large company serving Asian e-commerce stores in Stryków.

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• picking orders for products which, in most cases, are very light, weighing up to 1 kg;
• operating a warehouse scanner;
• performing quality control.

Working conditions

• an e-commerce warehouse handling lightweight products, mainly up to 1 kg; occasionally, there are shipments weighing up to 10 kg;
• approximately 50% standing work and 50% seated work.

Requirements

• willingness to work shifts;
• readiness to perform physical work;
• ability to use a warehouse scanner.

Salary

Hourly rate: 26,65 PLN net, monthly 4470 – 6390 PLN net.

For students under 26: 33 zł/hour net, 5540–7920 zł/month net; for participants in the studiujepracuje.pl programme: 38 zł/hour net (36 + 2 zł for working at least 200 hours per month), 6380–9120 zł/month.

A one-off bonus upon employment, provided that the employee has worked for at least 200 hours — 500 zł (excluding students who have joined the ‘Studiujepracuje’ project).

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – from 500 to 800 PLN*

Work schedule

Work in a 2-shift system, 10:30 – 12 hours per day:

• 1st shift: 6:00 – 16:30
• 2nd shift: 18:00 – 4:30

Approximately 168–240 hours per month.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation is provided. The cost is 500 PLN per month. A refundable deposit of PLN 200 is payable upon moving in and will be returned at the end of employment. There is a 200 PLN fee for commuting from Łódź via company transport, or a 150 PLN allowance for using your own transport.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• assistance with obtaining a sanitary and epidemiological certificate;
• health and safety training (PLN 100 reimbursed after one month of work);
• we provide protective footwear and a vest (PLN 150 reimbursed after one month of work).

Additional information

• the facility has a canteen equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, and food and beverage vending machines;
• a locker for personal belongings is provided.
