A company specializing in the production of medical devices is looking to hire a Junior Medical Devices Assembly Worker for its facility in Warszawa.

- Employment contract – Umowa o pracę.
Job Description
- performing manual assembly tasks in accordance with technical documentation;
- operating production equipment, including injection molding machines, welding machines, and marking machines;
- assembling products into individual packaging;
- assembling products into collective (bulk) packaging;
- labeling;
- auxiliary production tasks.
Requirements
- accuracy and attention to detail;
- good manual skills;
- communicativeness;
- ability to work in a team;
- previous work experience is an advantage.
Salary
Monthly salary: 3,605.85 PLN net. Monthly salary with quarterly bonus: 4,288.09 PLN net.
For students up to 26 years of age: monthly salary 3,773.85 PLN net. Monthly salary with quarterly bonus: 4,559.09 PLN net.
Quarterly bonus dependent on the manager’s decision.
Paid overtime +50% and Saturday work +100%.
Salary is paid in a single payment.
Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*
Work schedule
Work from Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:00. Overtime or Saturday work possible.
Accommodation
Comfortable, fully equipped accommodation provided in 2–3 person rooms. Monthly cost: 750 PLN.
Documents and Legalisation
- Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
- Free preparation of employment documents.
Workwear and medical check-up
- free medical examinations;
- free sanitary-epidemiological examinations (assistance provided);
- free occupational health and safety clothing (lab coat, cap, and footwear).
Additional information
- group insurance – 30 PLN/month;
- private medical care – 51 PLN/month;
- no jewelry, makeup, or painted nails allowed in the production area.
