About the offer

A global provider of comprehensive logistics services with four branches in Poland is looking for Warehouse Workers for its warehouse in Warsaw.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• order picking according to customer requests;
• receiving deliveries;
• placing goods in the warehouse;
• maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation.

Working conditions

• work involves lifting loads up to 20 kg;
• work in three temperature zones: +20°C, +7°C, and –18°C;
• possible night shifts.

Requirements

• valid sanitary and epidemiological certificate or willingness to obtain one;
• previous warehouse experience is an advantage;
• honesty, reliability, accuracy and ability to work independently;
• willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
• willingness to work in three temperature zones: +20°C, +7°C and -18°C;
• willingness to learn how to use a scanner – training is provided;
• knowledge of English.

Salary

Hourly rate: 27.47 PLN net (first month: 26.65 PLN net), monthly 4610 – 5490 PLN net.

For students under 26: 34 PLN net/hour (first month: 33 PLN/hour), monthly 5710 – 6800 PLN net.

Bonus from 200 PLN to 1500 PLN net, depending on:

• productivity,
• work quality,
• work in the cold zone (–18°C),
• attendance.

Additional benefit: discount at McDonald’s.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Three-shift system, 8-hour shifts:

• 1st shift:  6:00-14:00
• 2nd shift: 14:00-22:00
• 3rd shift: 22:00-6:00

There are three breaks during each shift: two 10-minute breaks and one 20-minute meal break. Work also takes place on Saturdays and Sundays.
